Champlain Valley Family Center, located in Plattsburgh, New York, is dedicated to providing comprehensive substance use treatment and supportive housing services. The Champlain Valley Family Center’s Recovery Campus offers a 16-bed facility for adults aged 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorder. The program is designed to support recovery through a combination of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), individual and group therapy, life skills training, and a robust discharge planning program.

In addition to its residential services, the center offers an outpatient program that tailors individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Outpatients receive individual, group, and family therapy as part of their treatment. To ensure accessibility, the center also provides interpreting services to accommodate diverse linguistic needs.
